Boat history: TheWestern Viking made its maiden king crab fishing voyage under new ownership in 2005. However, despite its refurbishment, technical problems remained.The boat was involved in the buy back process and now it is banned from fishing and tendering.
The boat was bought by Magone Slavage and is seen in one episode of Tougher in Alaska
