"Remember, when Donna was under the weather one time, & couldn't get up & cook breakfast? This guy flipped out, grumbled & acted just like a jack-ass, when he should have cared about her health. More than one on the Maverick has an attitude problem. No replacement on thatboat for Rick & Donna, that I can see. Sajsam Blake: Be prepared to have your butt kicked by the seasoned veterans of the fleet."

"Now i appreciate that not everyone can be a Blake fan (like myself) and from my experience the arrogance and cocky behaviour kind of comes with the job for alot of the younger fishermen (in my experience, not for all of them i know) But Rick was obviously prepared and happy to let Blake take the Maverick out for him and Blake done a pretty good job for his first time as Skipper. I miss Rick and Donna on the show with Maverick and wish they would return but i understand that they declined the show due to poor editing and bad portrayal of the captain and crew last season. In my view you stick by your own and under the circumstances they all fall out on board a disrespect others whilst out there on the Bering Sea but on dry land life goes on and is too short to hold grudges. Only my opinion and i know not all agree. BRING BACK MAVERICK!!!! "

"Right on. By the way, I got my info on Rick & Donna from their profile, so I feel it is authentic. Whatever happened about their refusal to return to DC is simply speculation in my view. "You are right about Blake; I've tried to feel differant about him, but he just doesn't show me anything but arrogance. Even the crew on the Maverick didn't want him to take over as captain when Rick was going to turn over the helm a season or so, ago. But like you, I was so mad when he betrayed Phil about the fishing grounds, & then bragged about doing that, I was sure he messed up on his quota. Served him right. Sajsam"
