"I saw him sitting alone in the hospital, and standing outside smoking and I too wanted to reach through the TV and give him a hug. I'm sure there were family and close friends offscreen that were there for him. Phil you're my favorite Capt, and our love and support go out to you. Take care and be safe sweetie."

"I smoked for 15 years and it was a journey to quit. Phil and ladies: Drink all the water you can hold, take vitamin B12, and hole yourself up for 3 or 4 days. No one to smoke around you or put you in temptations way. You'll pee like crazy, but all of that water will flush out the poison very quickly and the cravings won't last so long. Get people to talk to at ALL times of the night. This is what I did and after 3 days...3 DAYS... the cravings went away!
All this advice is only if you are really serious about doing this. C'mon Phil...It's gonna start with you, buddy! (<:"
